Yes! You can upgrade anytime. Your existing listing will be preserved, and you'll get access to all Business features immediately.

Can I hide reviews on the Free plan?

No, the Free plan allows you to respond to reviews but not hide or remove them. The Business plan includes full review management capabilities.

How does the unified inbox work?

All customer messages from your contact forms and SMS are consolidated into one inbox. Reply directly from your dashboard via email or SMS. Available on Business plan only.

Event Hosting

How does event approval work?

All events are automatically approved when you create them, subject to our terms and conditions, community guidelines, and content policies. We reserve the right to review and remove events that violate our policies. Simply sign up and start creating events!

When do I pay fees?

You only pay fees when tickets are sold. There's no monthly fee, no setup cost, and no charge for free events. Fees are deducted from ticket sales automatically.

How are fees calculated?

Stripe charges 2.9% + $0.30 per ticket. ValleyFinder adds $1-$5 based on ticket price ($1 for $5-$20, $2 for $21-$50, etc.). This is typically 40% cheaper than Eventbrite.

Can I host free events?

Yes! Free events have no fees. You only pay when you sell paid tickets.
